HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

To place your order, choose the product that you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping cart. Then, proceed to the checkout page where you fill in your personal information in English and pay for the order.
Make sure to complete all steps in the payment procedure when paying so that we are able to capture the amount and ship your order.

WAS MY ORDER SUCCESSFUL?

You should receive an email confirmation within an hour of placing the order. There may be an issue with the order if you don't receive an email confirmation. Please contact us immediately at petify.boutique@gmail.com

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 working days of purchase.

HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

Petify Boutique's partners with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products. This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as Thailand, Tibet, China, India, etc.

Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries and COVID19 situation, shipping may be slowly, so your item may take 5-7 weeks to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way (please email us for tracking) :)

We offer international shipping options too - no matter where you are, you can buy from us!

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

YES. We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries, let us know and we will contact you.

WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?

If this happens to you, please contact us with:
    - Your order number.
    - A picture of the damaged product.
Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge or give you a full refund.


WHAT IF MY ITEM DOESN'T ARRIVE AT ALL?

If your item doesn't arrive within 60 business days of the date of original purchase, we will give you a full refund.
